For Those That Work At AT&T Authorized 100% Commission Stores

The only corp store in my area is about 35 miles away. Theres 2-3 authorized retail stores (there not all owned by the same person) close by and are hiring. They are 100% commission sales rep. I have a few questions just so I know what I'm getting into.

    1. Any health insurance?
    2. How long is training and is it paid?
    3. Is the commission split evenly by the reps or everybody for themselves?

Each retailer is different since they are independently owned. However, when I worked at a 100% commission store there was no health insurance and no training, they just went over the basic components of AT&Ts plans and advantages but they didn't "teach" you how to sell you were expected to know. Also the commission wasn't split evenly between the reps it was each and every rep for themselves. Which when you think about it is better you don't want to work your butt off just to make a decent check to pick up the slack for lazy reps. Good Luck
My opinions are my own and do not reflect the standing or opinion of my employer AT&T Mobility, and their affiliates. This is disclosed per FTC regulation.

For those that work for an authorized retailer, how reliable is the company to work for compared to a corporate store?
