I would not say it is far outside the *zone*, *zone* ends at Spruce Meadows and now even at De Winton (checked by myself as posted in my above note), it is Millarville direction on 22X south approx 30-40 minutes from DT. Are You sure that it is Mobi zone, not roaming zone (that what map shows)?
