Galaxy nexus 4.0.4 update question

I bought a brand new galaxy nexus off Craigslist last week and it still is running 4.0.1. Does anyone know if I should be getting any updates ota by now?

I called Samsung and they said Google pushes out the updates themselves even though I have the yakjuux version.

Any answer would much appreciated. Getting so frustrated.

Try checking out the Samsung internet site for information. I am certain they will have a search bar embedded in the page. Good luck.
