no. your reply is you seeing one part of an argument and taking it to agree with your point, while refusing to engage any information that negates or questions your misunderstanding of the truth.

But to your argument, boost knows we are using unsupported android phones on their network without using the android plan. They do nothing about it. Q.E.D. Boost does not require the "Android Plan" (TM) for phones other than their specific phones.
Putting the phone you want on the service you pay for is not a crime. No one has ever been convicted of it!
No one has ever been convicted of talking about it either!
