I'm certain if I was to take the time to navigate Boost's awful automated menu system and ask one of their representatives to activate an Evo 3D, for example, the answer would be a resounding "no".

Of those that "pirate", how many connect thru a network owned and controlled by the content owner? You know, like boost owns and controls the network we connect to.
Of those that "pirate", have you heard of ANY getting in trouble? You know, like we hear about boost "pirates" getting busted all the time?

Again, by your logic, Disney must be perfectly okay with this, because it's been on YouTube for over two years. I guess I can just start posting their entire works online without a worry in the world, right?
As for the getting in trouble, Sprint's security has "caught" you if you get an error 16. Think of that as being pulled over by an officer and being let off with a warning. In other words, they're letting you know that they do know what you're doing and should they choose to take action, they could. Oh my, looks like quite a few people have gotten "busted".

I have an HTC EVO, a Motorola Photon and an iPhone 4 all with the same ESN, and all 3 working with Boost Mobile… and obviously i only use ONE phone at a time… Which means when I'm using the iPhone, the evo and photon are powered down… If i decide to use the photon one day, i power down the iPhone and make sure the evo is also powered down..
Are you saying that i am stealing service..??
