Many full service AT&T customers have switched to the AT&T BYOD SIM and not a one has reported reduced coverage with BYOD.

Stepbro just got his BYOP ATT (NT64PSIMC4B) SIM and we looked at the ATT Go Phone and Post Paid maps and the Net10 maps and Net10 doesnt have ( on the map they show on their site-- The GSM Map that is) nearly the coverage as ATT Post Paid or even Go Phone.
Are the Net 10 maps not up to date cause it seems that Go Phone would have less coverage than Net 10 since there is roaming on Net 10?

You can be sure that the maps on the Net10 site are not accurate. They would have to update the maps every day and they aren't about to do that. So go straight to the source, the AT&T website. You should get the same coverage as anyone else on regular AT&T with roaming. Net10 has a contract with them that spells out what service will be provided when a Net10 SIM is in the phone. It should be everything except certain tweaks like call forwarding, etc., that AT&T keeps for itself to sell to its own customers.
Hey, Lisme, thank you very much, they just activated and the port went thru in only few hours they hit the road already. On I 40 Okla into New Mex. Previously they had Jolt and Att go phone but no I 40 coverage thru some of those areas on I 40 so now they will get a working phone for even cheaper.
Thnx again.
