I have an HTC Thunderbolt.
My question is...
If I get a new LTE card, never activated.
Can I flash the phone over to another company and turn it on.
Lets say the MEID doesnt apply to this question.
Just wondering if this is my issue with turning on my thunderbolt to straight talk.
