    Unbranded HTC Desire CDMA...

    I just got a completely unbranded CDMA HTC Desire for free. I have a friend that is on Virgin Mobile US and I was hoping to get it working for her on that network. I have never messed around with CDMA phones before so I have a couple questions before I get started. The model number on the settings screen says ADR6275. I am able to view the MEID, "phone number", and IMSI.

    Do you guys think that I am going to be able to get this phone activated on Virgin Mobiles network?

    This phone was never part of any network Verizon or Sprint ... it is as if it was purchased directly from HTC.

    Thanks for the help!

    Also, in the HBOOT screen is lists the following info:
    BRAVOC DVT2 SHIP S-ON
    HBOOT-1.06.0000
    MI CROP-051e
    TOUCH PANEL-SYNT0101

    I am not an expert, but on CDMA network ESN/MEID has to be approved by Sprint (Virgin Mobile). They want customers to use only VM phones on VM.
    Virgin Evolution: Kyocera X-TC {167ppi}-> Rumor Touch {155ppi}-> Samsung Intercept {146ppi}-> LG Optimus V {180ppi}-> Motorola Triumph {228ppi}-> LG Optimus V {180ppi}-> Motorola Triumph {228ppi} LG Optimus V {180ppi}->-> ???
    Current main device: Asus Nexus 7 32 GB {216}
    My next phone: Samsung Galaxy Note 2 on TMo??? {265ppi} Getting less sure. Leaning towards Nexus 4 {318 ppi}
