Yes, I reallly hope its helps my phone! It Freeze's all the time, constantly having to pull out the battery to restart it! It also RESTARTS itself ALOT! I will have it just sitting there, or be in the middle of doing something and it will just restart!

Must have been an update to the Zte software. I've been using it hard, running multiple apps, and can't get it to lock up and reboot.

Where's the dialtone?
As of 2am Central Time! THE UPDATE Has pushed to my phone! My Battery was low, so i will be Installing the UPDATE Shortly! (History of my WARP! It Freezes atleast 3+ times daily requiring a BATTERY PULL, Has horrible connection to the network, always pulling my battery to restart it to get it to finally retrieve all the texts it WASNT Sending me, Randomly RESTARTS on its own, or FREEZES with the screen off and requires a battery pull).... Wish me Luck!

Well So far no good! I went to bed directly after i updated. I just woke up and only have been actively Texting and light Facebooking on it for about 20 minutes and it already Froze and i had to do a Battery Pull :/

Must be the phone itself. I have had a ZTE Warp for 3 months now and use it extensively. Haven't had a single freeze or lockup, have not had to pull the battery once. Probably bad hardware. I have a Warp and my wife has a Warp, they both freeze up. I do about 3-4 battery pulls a day. The wife does not use her phone as much as I do, so she is only doing 1-2 battery pulls a day. I also loose my data connection at least once a day, that also requires a battery pull.
Both of our phones also have bluetooth issues, if your on a call the audio cuts in and out, you can not hear the other person and they can not hear you. This happens for 2-3 seconds at a time throughout the entire call. We are both using Plantronics headsets, different models. The headset worked great with my other phones, so I know its not the headset.
Have not gotten the update yet.

After having the update a week I still get the freeze ups and random reboot on occasion. These problems are wide spread and well documented on other forums.
