Although I am relatively new here, I think it would be a great idea if you could add a place where users who are verified Authorized Retailers through one or more carriers, can provide help to users with questions, comments, concerns, etc.

Though people usually call their authorized retailer or stop into the store with these questions, sometimes an opinion from someone who isn't out any profit or loss, and isn't biased to a situation, can provide helpful insight on a situation.

Perhaps you could have these sections for each carrier, and forum users who are authorized retiailers could provide proof of authorization, and they could have a specially colored username to show who is qualified to provide help on a corporate or retail level.

I wonder what the users here think of this idea?
