    roaming charges when didn't use phone

    i went to england, left my phone on but didn't use it, koodo wants 3x$ what i usually pay per month,
    for roaming charges, has anyone argued this and got their bill reduced, what argument should i use

    I don't think they would charge you unless you used it....the only other thing is if you had data updating in the background or if you received texts.

    Are you using SIM card when roaming or CDMA?
    25GB Cap? DIY Telnus prepaid/Koodo unlimited EVDO internet (for $10 per 2 months, to keep account "Active"), Max 3Mbps download speed, if you roam on Bell (free), then you get non-NATed IP

    ^England doesn't have a CDMA provider as far as I know so op useage would have occurred on a GSM or HSPA Sim.
    @op can you provide more details if It's for voice, texting or data
