Enter your Google Voice number as one of your F&F numbers. Then from Google Voice have it display your Google Voice number instead of the callers.

Yes, you have to do it through the website. In the settings there is an option to display a specific number or the callers number.

I've been doing this for about a year now. It works great.
An incoming call will show your own caller ID so choose the option for the incoming caller to ID him/herself by voice. When you answer a call, it will tell you to press 1 to hear who is calling.
