The microCell uses GPS for E911 location service. The person would have to say that his phone is at your location. Then his 911 calls would be directed to your address if he could not be located via GPS in his phone. It could be done in an apartment buliding, duplex or an adjacent townhouse.

Thank you very much for that important information. In that case I am not going to ask anyone to do it since it would mess with their 911 information.
The AT&T web site says:
"therefore, you MUST keep the address on your 3G MicroCell account up to date. If you move your 3G MicroCell to a new location, update your address information immediately. Visit att.com/3GMicroCell and go to "Manage your 3G MicroCell".
Let's say he lives far away but puts my address in the microcell setup.
Wouldn't his own calls made on his own cell phone go to the address provided on his main account, not to the address on the microcell?
