iPhone 4 iOS 5.1.1 Proximity Sensor Issues Still?

I've recently given my old iPhone 4 to my sister, this a "New" swapped and replaced iPhone from Apple two months ago.

I never talk on the phone, never witnessed the proximity sensor issue before and now she's having it now.

Anyone else still have this issue in iOS 5.1.1?

I remember "most" ppl got this fixed in iOS 4.1

Update:

I can't seem to replicate the problem, the only thing I can think of .....

Maybe she is holding the iPhone flat on her face with the screen making full contact to her cheecks and the receiver is not fully flushed to her ear.

I told her to use her index finger as a place holder on the back of the phone to help line it up to her ear, this is how I use it to make calls and etc.

Would help if we knew what kinds of problems she is having. Hanging up?

Placing the calls on holds is what she's mostly triggering.
