So what do you think, Accenture knows the Market? Symbian Belle.

I just had a random thought pop in my head while reading the Nokia 808 review on gsmarena.com and it has to do with Symbian and how far it has come in such a short time, meaning Belle.

So I remember reading a while back about how Accenture was going to be "taking" on Symbian for Nokia so Nokia I guess could focus on Windows Phone platform, anyways it seems to be that ever since Accenture has taken on the responsibility of developing Symbian software for Nokias current and newly released phones Symbian has just sky rocketed to its competition and can finally compete. This makes me think that Accenture are either Geniuses and knew and know what the "Market" wants or Nokia just got lazy when they were newly introducing Symbian 3^ which was behind Android and IOS already when it was released.

Anyway my point is if Accenture sticks with how they are working and creating Symbian into a more user friendly innovative platform then it might be reason enough for Nokia not to close the doors entirely on Symbian come 2016, if the Market shows some demand for Symbian now, this could potentially save Nokia from its fall now that it's invested SO much into Windows Phone.

I'm going with Nokia being lazy/too much infighting among various phone teams.

I looked at the specs of some of the Symbia^2 phones that were released in Japan, around the same time as the N8 and Symbian^3, and there you had a WVGA screen, 13.2MP Camera, waterproof to 1.5M, several other features. The N8 was a huge jump from everything else Nokia had done before and it was still lacking compared to what was otherwise being done.
The word 'Pentaband' means '5 Bands', from the Greek word 'pente' meaning '5'. For a phone to be pentaband it has to support 5 bands. If the phone has AWS support, it doesn't automatically mean that it is pentaband. The reason Wind and Mobilicity users like pentaband phones is because the reverse is true. We're not the only ones who like pentaband phones though, so please stop referring to phones that work on Wind and Mobilicity as pentaband. It causes unnecessary cofusion.

The 808 is the best Symbian phone to date in terms of raw power and capability, and it still lacks so much compared to comparable, cheaper devices on the software front. However, if the future of Symbian is anything like some of those slides for Nokia Air, we may have some measure of a comeback.
I want to buy your Nokia E7.
