Galaxy S3 16 GB for $0 and 32 GB for $60 at Bell-- will Telus price match?

I got this email today from NCIX featuring an offer from Bell:
    http://source.ncix.com/eblast/Samsung-Mobile-GalaxyS3/

The 16 GB is $0 on a 3 year agreement and the 32 GB is $59.95 on a 3 year agreement.

I would imagine this is because Telus got to the plate quickly with pre-orders and Bell is playing catch up. What department would be my best bet to getting a price match on this offer?

There's no point even discussing TELUS Team WebStore, as it's only available to friends and family of TELUS staff.

How so? I have the web store toll free number now but they are closed on the weekend.

LnR would not even talk to me because I was not a customer yet and they were adamant on the phone that they do not negotiate on hardware pricing even if I was. I was dumped on them by client care after initially phoning sales because no one knew what to do. In the end I got the web store number and I will try to call on Monday to get a credit on my account.
