Will those on tiered data plans also be forced onto Share Everything?

I'd like to know. I could get by with 6GB (with mobile hotspot). It's just too bad the double data ship has sailed... Or has it? (Is it still possible to get a DD promo?)

Double data is gone now and likely won't come back for the current individual line tiers since they are going out. There may be a double data promo for the new share everything plans. No one knows what verizon will do, but it probably depends on what AT&T does.

As for people on current individual tiered data, you should be fine, you can get and use subsidies and keep your current plan. It only affects unlimited data plan users, and they aren't forced to shared everything either, just to the current tiered data.
