Question About H20 $25 Monthly Plan

Hello. I've been looking around for alternative cell phone plans for my dad. My dad is currently on Page Plus on the $30 Monthly Plan and only uses 600-700 minutes and 100-200 text messages monthly. I was looking at H20 Wireless $25 Monthly Plan and thought it would be perfect for my dad. I have a couple of questions thou....
    1. How is H20? (He currently has Page Plus)
    2. How is Customer Service? (Page Plus has pretty good customer although they have long waiting periods)
    3. Would an IPhone 4 work on the H20 $25 Monthly Plan? (Want to surprise him he currently has a messaging phone)
    4. Does H20's $25 Monthly Plan include Rollerover and how does it work? I was reading around in Hofo and saw this one guy say that the only plans that include roller over are just the $10 and $25 plan. I didn't find anything about rollover on there website. Also how does roller over work? For example if he has a left over of 300mins/texts would the next month be 1300 mins/texts or would the remaining 300 mins/ texts from last month would be just as credit and used as pay go rates (2.5c per txt message etc.) (THIS IS A MUST OR ELSE I AM JUST GOING TO KEEP HIM ON PAGEPLUS)

Huh? You're telling the person who's asking the question to read their own post to find the answer to their question?

According to the last few posts here, it does have rollover.

1)H20 is one of the bigger Att mvnos but there are many of them (Air Voice, Red Pocket, Jolt, etc). It is so so to bad as it relates to question 2.

2)Customer service has been consistently abysmal in the past but there appear to be efforts to improve it , primarily via their Facebook page and even a Hofo claiming to represent H20 as a CSR. Page Plus used to be horrible too during the time their original unlimited plan debuted. They were simply overwhelmed by the demand. I've seen this with Straight Talk, Boost and Virgin Mobile as well. It happens. h20 has a ways to go though in this dept.

3)All gsm iphones will work on H20 (or any other Att mvno for that matter). It doesn't even have to be unlocked in most cases. Though you might need to jailbreak to get mms.

    4) Unlike Page Plus, IT DOES ROLLOVER. ABSOLUTELY . Though PPC gives you a bit more, especially in the data arena.
