    iOS Upgrade problems

My friend tried to go from 4.3.5 to the newest IOS on her 3GS and now all the contacts are gone and the restrictions were turned on.

    1. How can I get her contacts back?

    2. How can we turn off restrictions when she never input a code to begin with?

    Thanks in advance

To get your contacts back you'd have to sync the Address Book again. If that doesn't work, toggle iCloud settings or import from SIM card by going to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Import SIM Contacts. If this doesn't work, reset the iPhone or restore as the last resort.

To turn off restrictions, go to Settings > General > Restrictions and touch "Disable Restrictions. If you are talking about Passcode Lock, disable that too.
