Im not sure if this is the right place to ask this, but I've gone to many stores (not corporate since they're so far!) and calling metro isnt possible since my bill is one day late and they only seem to help out if you pay your bill first...
I have a family plan one with a $40 plan and the other the new $25 dollar plan. I no longer want the $40 line because that person opened a contract with another carrier, but it seems that nobody is able to separate both lines so that I only pay for the $25. Is it really not possible to do this, or is it because my bill is overdue? I dont want to lose that $25 deal because Im in college so thats the most i can afford right now. The main account holder has to cancel the family plan then from there you should be able to start fresh although i see there might be a prob since your service is suspended for the moment since the bill wasnt paid yet so not sure if they will resume your service normally on the $25 as u want.They should but if you wasnt the main account holder whoever was you will need their full name their old metro number and their pass should be their bday like this if born on december 20 1980 then when asked u tell them 12201980 anyways from there u tell them you want to remove a number from your account.But im gonna assume you did all this so the best next step is to go straight to corporate store and have them try to solve this matter.
thanks for the help you guys. I went to a local store and they told me they didnt have access to do those type of changes (this was without even giving out my account # and what not) and told me to go to a corporate store
