So I just received my dealer authorization and login information today.
I went through the portal and lemme tell ya...DAMN IT'S CONFUSING! Not only that, it takes up to a week to activate a phone when a customer brings their own device, it may take up to a week to get the phone active. It's even more difficult, considering all ESN's that were previously activated, which need to be brought from Sprint, must be emailed to the support team by 11:59 PM on Tuesday. Results of the submitted ESN's are mailed back by the following Friday.
WTF?
Why bother offering services when I could have he phone Flashed in less than an hour?
The only instant process is for a Sprint device that hasn't been previously active, which is stupid. Why would someone buy a new Sprint phone, only to put it on Zapp, when they could buy a new Boost, ViMo, GSM, or Verizon phone to use on much more established Pre-Paid carrier?
