no 4G on esteem

my daughter and i have the esteem and yesterday her's stopped receiving 4G,mine is fine.i have looked the forum over and can't find an answer.could she have lost some software? thanks for the help.and we have reset it twice with a hard reset and that did'nt work.

Did you check her prl also make sure data is enabled under wireless settings

thanks mike,it was missing the check mark under data enabled.how she did that is a mystery and i missed it when checking.thanks again.

You already found the answer, but for others -- sometimes turning on "airplane mode" and then turning it off jump starts the 4G. Happens to me all the time with my Esteem.

After work I'll go out to my car and it's on Travel Talk for some unknown reason with gray bars (instead of green). I turn on airplane mode, wait 5 seconds, turn off airplane mode and there's 4 BARS OF GREEN with 4G.

I know that where I work (downtown Atlanta) I should have strong signal, and I do after the airplane mode trick.

i got a sticky question that needs answering lol mine is on wireless & network settings when i try to go to mobile networks it force closes on me does that happen to any1 else??
