It's showing as a Pending Transaction. All online orders show up instantly like that.

Yet my credit card has been charged $649.99+tax and Wind sent me a confirmation email with my order number. Their response? We're creating a ticket and "back office" will call you in 3-5 business days. I've almost had it with this joke company.
You shouldn't have called, they get so confused from their online order system it makes them look stupid. It's almost like 2 seperate companies are managing the same thing. My experiences with the call centre when ordering from online have been similar to your own because a skeptic me wanted to "confirm". Low and behold, I ended getting my package before they called me back to resolve the matter.

I'd hang tight and almost guarantee it'll be fulfilled with no worries. Unless they further fudge it up from here due to the escalation.

Lame. Thanks for letting us know what the shipping date was. At least there's a silver lining here...?

LOL after one hour of being on hold and talking to different people, one supervisor finally figured out that he has to put 2 letters before my order number to find it in their system. All is good and he said I should get my SGS3 by July 2nd!!!

    I'm done hating on Wind.

Ummm... July 2nd is a holiday in Canada because the 1st falls on a Sunday. You're not getting it until the 3rd at least, unless Wind's shipping department is very fast and already has your order shipped with the courier (Canada Post, I believe).

I can vouch for that. I was simply a customer at large, no chance of being loyal. The customer disservice department did a great job in helping being down the company. If there was a conspiracy theory at play, I would swear that the customer disservice department is on the robellus payroll.
