    Samsung Galaxy SIII available today!

Will be released at most stores today for pre-orders. Both colours available and only 16 gb model available. Does take a micro sim card. Priced at $599.99

Not a bad price. I'm kinda disappointed that Mobilicity isn't running any promos on their plans at the time of the phones release. It makes the $100 credit much less appealing.

Does this mean we would have to cut up our sim card if we want to use this phone with our existing plan and phone number?

Cut it to the size of a micro or just go into the store and buy a new one.

I thought you would lose your plan if you changed your sim card.

You'll have a hard time getting the S3 without activating a new line. That's where the problem lies. You'd pretty much have to activate the phone with a new plan and then you could take your existing sim card, cut it to micro size and insert it into the S3.

But you don't actually lose your plan by switching your sim card. In theory, you could just walk in to a store and tell them you need your service moved onto a new sim card. This is the same process you would go through if you were to lose your phone with the sim card in it.

Nope that's false and I've done it many times. I have a $20 city promo with 2OFF and I've never lost anything so far. All you have to do is buy the SIM and call CS to transfer the number onto it. They'll ask for like the 18 digit number on the SIM card.

You will get a new micro sim card free with purchase, call around, you would be surprised how many s3 are available to existing customers!
