Sim not provisioned mm#2????

I helped a friend of mine port his number to ST last night around 8pm and as of today which is 11 am he is not able to use his phone at all, just keeps saying Sim not provisioned mm#2??? I know when i ported my number a year or so back i was able to use my phone to call or text within the hour but of course data took longer. Is this something i should worry about or just give it some more time until the port is over with?

You might want to phone them

His number might of not completely ported yet or some info was wrong. Call them, if its a problem with the sim they will send you another
