Since the EVO LTE's launch users on various forums have been reporting LTE connectivity in these markets but today Sprint has officially announced a launch date. Those who have been following along closely are aware there is much more going on in many other markets as we speak.


This is part of Sprint's extensive Network Vision initiative.

Great, the major Texas cities are first for another carrier's LTE offering. Must be easily accessible infrastructure there for days.
