I agree there are good quality Android manufacturers and cheap quality manufacturers. The problem I have with Huawei is they use cheap quality components, plus are stingy on RAM -- which gives a bad impression of Android. It would be like judging gasoline engine automobiles by a Yugo or Chevy Vega (if you remember those), instead of by a Porsche or BMW.
Android can't always overcome stupid manufacturers.
Someone who "experiences the OS" on a Huawei might get a bad taste of the OS.
And please no one say "you get what you pay for". I can prove that wrong 100 times with APPLE products. I can buy an $800 quad core PC that can do as much or more than a $2,000 Mac. Now if I admit CANNOT do that with a $300 PC. There's a certain
threshhold of components and cost below which you cannot go to be competitive.
The really cheap Androids often go below that threshold.
Of course I only learned that lesson by buying a very cheap domestic-made automobile years ago. Now I only buy Hondas.
I replied to this, then realized I may have misread what you wrote. So, I deleted my reply. Please clarify one point. Are you saying iPhone 4 is underclocked or Samsung?
