Hopefully this process will go smoothly and I will have my cell phone number up and running on the LG500G TracFone I'm getting. Is it possible to open up a new account with my old carrier, Virgin Mobile, and get a new cell phone number, and just keep it loaded with a small amount of airtime for emergencies or whatever? I don't see a Virgin Mobile USA forum to ask this question, so sorry if this is in the wrong place.
