The usually fast and 24 hour available US based verizon prepaid CS dept has taken a severe hit recently as huge forest fires in Colorado, one of their major call centers has affected them. Wait times are horrendously long. Before less then a minute. Now, over half an hour. Recommend using online chat or other ways to compensate at this time. I believe this is temporary though.

Verizon prepaid has one of the better prepaid/mvno CS quality levels though it varies on location. Arizona, Georgia and Colorado has their major call centers. The Georgians are the least in my experience and the Colorado ones are the best.
