I've hit some major financial trouble and am *looking* at going to a $100/year prepaid phone, and since I'm on one of the coveted original SERO plans ($35/$55 month, unlimited data/500min/etc), I'm looking to sell it to somone else. I've never done this before and not seen any real info on what I need to do on my end to do it...
-Account is in good standing
-Account has an Airvana Airave attached (I have poor reception at home)
-Account has a "perk" of unlimited SMS
-I am wanting to port my phone # prior to the sale (going to VZW if it matters)
Will I need to send the Airave back to sprint before I sell? (it was free on condition I return it when I terminate my account) will I need to send it to the buyer?
Can anyone tell me what I need to do to "prepare" the account for sale, how to transfer it, and how to know when it's transfered?![]()

I have 2 months on my contract, and it's a plan that's no longer available, therefore I'm wanting to sell the plan to someone who can use it. I'm just asking how it works because I've never done it before. I'm not asking for people to make offers on it, I'm asking what X, Y, and Z, I need to check or do before I can sell it and if any of the above notes make a difference (and in the B/S/T forum nobody can reply to a post, so what would the point be in asking "how do I do this?")

Compare the ETF with continuing the plan for the remaining two months of the contract.
You can either transfer your SERO plan OR port your phone number out. You can't do both.

I want to verify that it is possible to transfer a SERO plan? I have one loaded with perks, will those perks stay if I transfer the plan, or will they drop off to the standard SERO P setup?
