Ericsson J220a Rogers to Koodo

I currently have a new Koodo account that replaced my Telus land line and an old Sony Ericsson J220a currently on Rogers with an expired contract that I rarely use.

I really like the old phone because the battery lasts for about 5 days and it's small and tough. Is there any way to use it on the Koodo network? Our telus store here says no but online it looks like yes. How can I tell?

Any thoughts?

Mike, it appears to be a 2G phone. You will need a 3G phone for Koodo. With the correct bands.
