    Is the entire network down?

I don't see any other posts... maybe this is something to do with my new phone?

Lost my phone on the weekend, bought another one (in this case a Galaxy S) from Mobilicity this week. Since this morning I've had no reception whatsoever.

All 3 of my Mobi lines work fine.

Research your SIM, it may be sitting loose.

Mobilicity never has or will have any network failures, shame on you for having the audacity to post such a frivolous question *starts foaming and shakes violently in seat*.

There doesn't seem to be any problems with the network.

Restart your phone, and if that doesn't help, do a battery pull while your phone is still on, then put the battery back in a minute or two later, and start your phone up as usual.

And if all else fails, try a factory reset.

Thanks everyone, I should have replied sooner. (In fact Mobilicity just tried to get in touch with me based on this thread)

It was either the SIM or needing to power cycle the phone. After I reseated the SIM and did a power cycle, it's been purring along just fine.
