I need to enter the carrier unlock code (333333), copy in a Pageplus PRL file,
change the ISP parameters, and modify the MDN, MIN, and SID parameters.
That I can handle, but first I have to get into manual programming mode.

It probably requires that I hold down the "increase volume button" and the "unlock key,"
and twirl the trackball counterclockwise while throwing the phone at the wall
until it unlocks (or breaks).
