i purchase 2 galaxy s3.and on one of them the battery cover does not fit properly.so i go on Samsung.com and do the live help.which was a great experience.seemed very helpful said it was no problem replacing the faulty battery cover and gave me a number to call(877-392-4252)and said they will help you out.so i called and they only said that its not covered by there warranty even though its a defective cover.now i am at a loss.i have a $630 phone with a battery cover that wont properly fit my phone

Take it back to the t-mobile dealer they'll do a free exchange
