This is why you should always meet in a public location. Like inside a restaurant. Keep the item on the table until the cash is counted.
And, you're 14 and you met 2 totall strangers at your house? Crazy man.

k, so. ill explain the scenario. I purchased a Bell iPhone 4 off a nice guy (lets call him tim)who had bought a 4s. i used it for a couple of days and everything was working perfect. I later noticed that I didnt need it anymore because I had a android phone, so i posted my iPhone 4 Bell on kijiji. yesterday, someone called me and told me they wanted to by my iphone 4: The person said that I had once bought a Bell Blackberry off of them a year ago and that he worked at a pizza place. I remembered who it was and I think his name was Josh. So he came to my house to buy the iPhone 4, and He came in his friends car, there was him in the passenger seat smoking, and his friends in the back and one was driving. I gave him the iPhone to look at and he liked it. we talked for like 2 minutes and he said he'd buy it. I posted to sell the iPhone 4 for $375. He gave me the cash to count and he had the iphone in his hand and he was in the car, when i started counting, his friend pulled out of my house and sped away really quickly. when i counted the money it was only $200. i didn see the listen plate, and i was scared out of my mind because im only 14.I called the pizza place thathe worked at and said that they didnt know anyone with that apperance. I called bell to check who called me(because he called me mulitple time) and what the number was and they said that the system didnt show them.
When Josh called me my sim card was in the iphone, so i dont know his number since he has the iphone now.
I tried my hardest to try to locate it using find my phone, but it didnt work. One thing I remembered when I had the iphone that the serial number began with tc: so i contacted Tim(the person I bought the phone off of) and I explained him the scenario. he told me that he had the backup saved of the iphone, and i told him that the serial number began with TC. He pulled it up and he txted me the Imei number and the serial number of the iphone that he sold me but Josh stole from me. The serial number bega with a TC, and I knew it was right because I remember some number.
ps: Im only 14 years old.
Now im wondering what I should do? Should I call bell and ask them to Block the imei, or should I call the cops,?
and explain the scenario to the cops.? what should I do? or is there any way to track the iphone with Imei or serial number. Before I sold the iphone i had taken my sim card out, so my sim card isnt in the iphone.
please help.

No one likes to be lectured, but what you did was very dangerous and irresponsible. You're very lucky that these guys didn't hurt you. Had they been hardened criminals, things may have turned out much worse. Remember, never trust any strangers, always meet at a public place and bring an adult with you when you're conducting any transactions.
Now, as for my advice. I would personally contact the police and file a report. They will probably ask you to go the station with your parents and describe everything in detail. Keep in mind that the Police tends to put a low priority on these cases, unless a victim was hurt physically - especially a minor (thankfully that didn't happen).
Honestly (and I'm sorry to say that) it's unlikely that you will see your phone again, so after filing a police report, I would call Bell and have the IMEI blacklisted.

Bell will [sort of] blacklist the IMEI in the event someone is stupid enough to take the device in store as a new activation. It will not stop them from using it on an existing account or activating an account with a different device then popping the SIM in.
Short answer, you're screwed.
I didn't read your story, just giving the relevant info.
In the US once IMEI is blacklisted they can't use phone anymore (even as prepay with another carrier)
Here it is so much easier to use a stolen phone unfortunately
It is sad I need to state the obvious but some people just don't get it. Any posts I make are my own OPINIONS and in no way represent the views of my employer
Well, the positive sign is they gave you $200... It is posible to buy a 2 years old locked iPhone 4 16GB for $250 on kijiji...
This is one crazy story. Atleast you got half the money. That's all pretty much there is to be happy about. And next time always meet at a public place.
Sorry to hear about that. But on the other hand your 14, you could've had your parents present during this transaction. This is a life lesson, don't trust strangers cus this happens.
A few weeks ago I sold a guy my old Galaxy S. I let him see it in his car before giving me the money, but I always snap a picture of a person's licence plate before I sell them anything. You should have been more cautious, but at least you got some of the money.
Unrelated: $375 is way too much for a 2 year old phone, I got a 64GB 4S for $450. The reason you see so many ads with prices like that is because those ads aren't attracting buyers.

Bell has your IMEI because you have used it on their network. So Bell knows that IMEI. As if they will block it, oh well, I think they don't have such service last I heard.
But you can go to the police and report the case. With a police file, Bell can release the phone log (i.e. the caller's phone number, data and time) to the police (you might also obtain a phone log, it depends), and they can try to see if they find the person to ask some info.
I'm just curious why they bother to even give you $200. if they were to rob you of the phone? Why not simply drive away w/ it? This is unusual.
