All speech commands are now monitored by Microsoft?

Just got the latest Windows update for my Nokia Lumia 710 and realize you now get a prompt that "Microsoft monitors all search and text messages using your voice." That's new.

When you use voice, they have to send your speech back to the ms server to figure out what you are saying. Siri does the same, and so is android voice search.

How can you opt out of that service? Siri answers your questions only when it understands your directions and for that referring the database is the only option and it is the only way it works. How can you opt out of that service? Please clarify.
