Sorry, Siri is only iPhone 4S and up. Try Evi or Jeannie they both have Siri functionalities.

You could also try Voice Actions at the App store I believe I read a blog about Siri being developed by the same developers of Nuance and that Apple had bought it from them to use with the I4s,Voice actions cost,3.99 I bought it for 4.99.It does have some draw backs but I find the more I use it the better it works

The Siri works fine only with the iPhone 4S. It is specially made to suit the device. However, I have come across several apps in the iTune that functions more or less like the Siri. Many of them work with different versions of iPhone.

Siri does work on iPhone 4 and you must belong to a private server for a small fee. Nuance has finally come out with app called NINA it's suppose to work as well or better than Siri do a search for Nuance + Nina

Nina is an SDK not an app. It allows devs to build speech intelligence into their apps. It isn't really a Siri competitor. Devs could use the platform to add Siri-like functionality but there is more, like voice recognition where is learns your voice which can then be used for biometrics. I think on Android it offers more for devs due to the nature of the OS.

I used the wrong word APP . If it was to be made to release to public in some form it give Siri a run for the money, the video for it seems to be more personalized for the user . I have voice action it used to do most of what you asked but there was a new update few days ago and now it crashes so I wouldn't recommend this app it's 3.99 I paid 4.99 and really wasn't worth it .
