Any suggestions on a Bible Study app for androids. I use SwordSearcher on my desktop and it does not have a mobile version. I want to be able to make notes and have some reference books or commentaries available also with this app. Thanks
YouVersion is a good one.

+1 on you version, I use it both my idevices and it's fantastic.
If I'm annoyed and you're annoyed, does that make us a paranoid ??

+1 defenetely YouVersion. Can download offline version of Bible Revisions. Really cool.
I've used CadreBible on my Galaxy Captivate (OS: Froyo) for over a year now. Very versatile. There's after version and a paid version which includes Strong's #'s and concordance. You can easily highlight verses, make individual and themed notes and share verses via social media apps.
For my Nexus 7 I recently downloaded MySword, which had proven to be very good as well. I believe it's also free and you can download a number of Bible translations including a KJV version with Strong's #'s and concordance. They also make available some additional commentaries. Again, all this is free. Even though I use this on my tablet, it's primarily for mobile phones and they make a separate tablet-optimized version as well. So if you're intending to use this on your phone you shouldn't have an issue.

A couple times YouVersion allowed you to download the NIV for offline use.

I have confirmed that the Galaxy Nexus, Nexus S and Nexus One (HTC Passion, Google Phone) from Mobilicity are unlocked. I have used them successfully on both the Mobilicity and Wind Mobile network.
Personally I use Youversion and really like it. My church utilizes the live portion. I try to use the bible studies section but haven't much. I highly recommend it...
Olive Tree has a wide selection for both iPhone and Android. The Biblereader app is what I use. It is in the Google Pay store or online at www.olivetree.com.
I used YouVersion. I still keep it around on my iPad to help with debates, etc. The Android version, however, I must warn you is extremely intrusive and LOVES to be in your face when you don't launch it about how "5 minutes in the Bible" can change your life. I dunno about 5 minutes, but I sure know reading - really reading - the Bible changed my life. I doubt it's in the way they mean though, LOL.
I have used an iPad (my main portable Bible study tool) and an Archos 7o Internet tablet and I think the iPad has a far superior feel. The Android OS to me just feels unpolished and ill suited for touch input. I would like to try this on a higher end Android tablet but that is my experience. Based on that I would recommend iPad.
I use YouVersion as well. I like it because you can choose from different editions and have them read aloud.

One of the newer features of the YouVersion Bible is that you can easily adjust the text size. I originally used it on my iPad, but found that the Android app is very easy to use and displays well on my Droid Rzr phone.
