Hey guys!
Just wondering if anyone here knows the name of the repair centre in Markham that Fido outsources to to fix Android phones?
I had a power button fixed there.. but I lost the paperwork. Now that my Nexus S is out of warranty, i figure it's best for me to get back to those guys...
Thanks for your help!

Futuretel deals with Samsung as well. Keep in mind, no one ever answers the phone when you call these facilities and in most cases they will not speak directly to customers.
If you drop your phone off at a Fido corporate store, Fido can mail it out for service saving you the shipping and handling costs. Non-warranty repairs will pay a $25 estimate fee, and you will get a quote for how much the phone will cost to repair (or if it can't be repaired) before you agree to them proceeding with the repair itself.
Fido does not really have any say in what facility the manufacturer will send the phone out to. That detail is up to the phone manufacturer.
If you choose to bypass Fido entirely and deal directly with the manufacturer for a non-warranty repair, I will direct you to the manufacturers website for contact information.
