Why can't Knigston call me?

I'm in Toronto. I have a 416 area code, have been with Wind since Feb of 2011. I have no service issues whatsoever with either of my 2 phones, or my data stick.
The trouble I have is there is a company in Kingston that has been trying to respond to me, but whenever they call, they tell me they get a long pause, then a fast busy signal. They have tried both of my phones. I can phone them with no trouble, but it is imperative that they are able to reach me. Theirs is a landline.
I called CS, but of course, they think it's something a battery pull will fix (It won't, done this 6 times in 7 days) or maybe there's a connection problem with the tower near me(As I speak to her on the phone). I explained that it is only this number, and that no other numbers seem to have this problem. They have issued a ticket, but I am hoping someone has had this issue and can offer some cogent advice.

Good luck with wind cs. I am still waiting for resolution for calling out from my wind to a friend of mine.

Yeah I've been having a few of those calls that don't ring but just show up as text alerts.

Do you still get the text alerts? So and so tried to call you call them back at (XXX)XXX-XXXX?
