When talking about updates, Sharp don't always (or ever) follow strict deadlines, so chill!
What difference does it make to you if you'll get it in mid-July or mid-August - if at all possible outside of Japan?

Docomo are currently in the process of ruining Ice Cream Sandwich for their users, but be patient, it'll come when they have installed all the important applications and bloatware (sp-mode, phonebook sync, ibodymo etc)

Depends on model and your current OS version; it may be that all the phone needs Docomo SIMs for the update, as Docomo, not Google, will release it.

I'm hoping the update is like the 2.2 update for T-01C where you just download an app that installs it for you (the app being available through wifi on the fujitsu website). I'm personally holding off on the T-01D till more news of this comes out.

i need help to update my SH-06D to ICS outside of japan without DoCoMo SIM card, there is a way?

the update has been released but i can t do it and i hope to find a way...

i have one more problem using my sh-06d with 2.3.5 ,... i can t use the gps anymore , when i want to start it the phone restarts...

ICS hasn't been released on the SH-06D yet.

Docomo are still bloating it up.

Give it another month or so and they may have just about have crammed in lots of useful stuff which everyone needs so badly.
