Rogers HTC ONE X looking for two settings

I can not on my stock Rogers ROM find two things.

I am going to the States in a few weeks can not find and double check Roaming is off. There is noway I want to use any Data at all in the States.

I also can not find where the APN is set.

For AT&T HTC ONE X:
Goto Settings > More > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names > click menu, New APN

.... under more I do not see Mobile Networks.

Try scrolling the window. I have that option on my S3 and S2 LTE, but I need to scroll to see it.

Edit: Roaming is off by default on both of my phones.

Both options are in Settings->Mobile Data, I guess you didn't look hard enough.

Had them on my Galaxy S2 LTE, was not seeing them on the HTC ONE X.

@OP, as far as I know on Rogers and maybe Fido you can no longer be billed accidental pay per use Data & Roaming Data, when you try to Browse or if your aps are set to consume data in the background, you will be prompted to purchase a Data Roaming Add on, your data will only work if you purchase the add on so there is no way you can be billed for Data Accidently anymore. Some correct me if I am wrong
