Phones without web2go/internet shortcut buttons? Do they exist?

I'm trying to find a non-smartphone for my mother with a decent keyboard but what I've come across so far in the Samsung and LG line all have those stupid buttons on there. I know they're just there in hopes you'll accidentally click them and incur some data charges which I feel is just slimy. I want nothing doing with any of that. I'm a BB man myself so I don't have to worry about that but the whole point of me searching for a non-smartphone for her is to avoid these data charges. Will my search prove to be futile?

All of the shortcuts can be very easily changed.
