    2 Months after switching to PP, complete loss of signal/reception- Help?

    I'm not sure if this is a technical/phone specific problem or not. My husband and I have had Verizon for years, had excellent signal at our house and across the state (NC), but hated the price. We switched to PP a couple of months ago, and it was great! But, last month, I upgraded both of our phones to used HTC Droid Incredible 2's. Now, neither one of us gets good signal anywhere. I get the "X", no bars, if I am lucky I will get one bar in the middle of town. My husband's phone hovers around 2 bars most of the time. Does anybody have any idea what is going on??? I did switch back to my old phone for a few days, and saw about 2 bars of signal, but nothing like we used to get. I would appreciate ANY advice, because I really don't want to switch back to Verizon, but at this point I can't even use my phone, period.

    Not sure if it will help but you could try updating your roaming by dialing *228, option 2.
