Data wont work after unlocking

I had a Razr 1 that was locked to Rogers, I had it unlocked at a store in Vancouver. I have had a different razr unlocked and it worked fine, as well as quite a few other droids. After i got it back the data wouldn't work and as well the home button wont return the phone to home screen. I took it back and they said it must have been like that before and they cant fix it. I used it before with the original carrier and it worked fine. Anyone know how to flash/reset the phone to factory to fix my problem?

You'd have to ensure that the APN for the data are set properly in your phone. Details can be found here: www.fido.ca/unlocked.

Yes it works now thanks, I did try that already but the settings I used must have been wrong or i typed them in wrong. I still have the problem with the home button. I can feel the heptic feedback but it doesn't bring me to the home screen. I have to use the back key. It's manageable but wierd why it wont work
