Will Unlocked Telus Samsung Galaxy S3 work with MOBILICITY
The pink one works for sure :-)
That's backwards. Only NA version would have LTE. What's weird is they didn't go pentaband for the international version and give that to Wind, Mobilicity, Videotron and T-Mobile

The word 'Pentaband' means '5 Bands', from the Greek word 'pente' meaning '5'. For a phone to be pentaband it has to support 5 bands. If the phone has AWS support, it doesn't automatically mean that it is pentaband. The reason Wind and Mobilicity users like pentaband phones is because the reverse is true. We're not the only ones who like pentaband phones though, so please stop referring to phones that work on Wind and Mobilicity as pentaband. It causes unnecessary cofusion.

^ I'm assuming you're replying to my first question, which is do they have LTE, you're saying no. I Gotchyou.
What of the second question?
Wind will likely deploy LTE at 700MHz, so the answer there would be no.
North America S3 i747 has aws band locked out, with a correct radio flashed (it hasn't come out yet on xda), it will work.
Got the aws radio flashed on Rogers i717 Note and S2 LTE i727 and it works on mobilicity, both have qualcomm chipsets like the i747 so it should work.
Maybe this will clear things up a bit.
