So got interesting question. Recently talked to Customer Relations about getting a new/updated plan, as I'll be upgrading to a smart phone. They ended up giving me a pretty good deal, but said I need to go to a Rogers store first to get the new phone, and once I've got it I need to call Customer Relations to switch to the plan they worked out for me. That sound right? I don't want to get stuck with the crappy plan that comes when I get the phone. In addition, can I get the phone and initial plan through say BestBuy, where I'll perhaps get gift card. Any help be appreciated.
