Missed call notification wont go away.

I can remove it by swiping but it comes back. I can remove it by removing and replacing battery. The phone was flashed to Boost. A bad flash?

Might be, why don't you just reflash it, see what will happen. If you encounter this problem again, try to find another ROM.

Turns out the problem was operator error. All I had to do was pull down notification bar from top of screen and then delete. Sorry, I'm trying to learn.
