Even if they don't carry the 32 gb model, most phones can use removable memory cards (micro-SD typically) so it really shouldn't be a problem for most users. I have seen 16 and 32 gb micro-SD cards in many electronics stores for under $100.

I was just wondering if any of the US carriers may release the 64gb S3 later this year ? And also to see if AT&T will carry the 32gb version at all ? Thanks so much for your help !

If I'm annoyed and you're annoyed, does that make us a paranoid ??

At&t is only getting the 16 gig version. I put a 32 gig card in mine and it will support 64 gig cards. My 32 was less than $20.
I put a 64GB microSD in and it was recognized with no issues.

Samsung Galaxy S III (AT&T SGH-i747)
There is a big down side to only being able to get the 16GB version; the Galaxy S III does not natively implement Apps2SD, and many apps can't point their data (I'm looking at you email and Chrome) to the external SD card.
U.S. Cellular is getting the 32 GB version in, you'd think big ole AT&T would too.
