    Angry DOA Samsung Galaxy S3 Phone Display

    Brand new phone is DOA. Verizon not very helpful and making me wait a week for a replacement.

    did you have to wait more or less than a week to get it originally?
    fact that the're sending you a new one is pretty good imo. they could easily make you go through the whole warranty repair process.
