That case looks sweet. I'd be curious to hear people who have actually tried it.

Came across this website when I was surfing iMore.com and thought this was/is an amazing accessory. Even though the iPhone is pretty much perfection, I always like the feel of an actual keyboard. sometimes I even have the urge to go back to a keyboard phone but I love my iPhone and can't let go of it. this would be a pretty solid idea, it doubles as a case and a pretty cool keyboardi wanna get mine, what do you think?

right? i was looking for any youtube reviews on it but nobody seems to have it on hand yet, they have some prototypes floating around but nothing out on video :/
It's a kickstarter project. You can make a financial donation to get the project off the ground.
Q: Would you patronize a streetwalker?
A: No, I would treat her as an equal.
oh im planning on iti want the spike 2 my question is, what happens if by august 11 the 75000 needed to start this project does not meet the quota, what happens with my "pledge" do i get it back or do i still get the product either way?
I haven't actually done the slightest bit of research on this, but I am under the IMPRESSION that if the quota isn't met, then the people's donations don't go through (so like if you paid via PayPal and the donation limit isn't met by the date in question, your PayPal account isn't dinged for the amount you pledged) however, if the quota IS met then you ofcourse pay whatever you said you would. At this point, like everything else in life, if the project doens't go through, your money would likely be gone (just like investing in someone's project in real life) so just be realistic about what you donate and whether or not it's amount you could live with yourself to lose.
Having played Devil's Advocate, Tons of projects have gotten their funding this way and are actual physical, in production items now so really I think it would be fine. Nothing ventured, nothing gained. Give it a shot and see what happens. The whole point of these kickstarter projects is a lot of people donating a small amount of money till the project gets it's goal, so do that: Donate a small amount of money that won't put you in the poorhouse and whatever happens, happens. If I knew for sure what the next iphone was going to look like and if this was going to fit it (cause it's a little late in the game for kickstarter iphone 4/4S accessories!) I myself would donate some cash because this looks like a really nifty accessory
